43 delegates from around the World did spend 10 exiting days in Germany, visting the cities of Cologne (Koeln), Bielefeld, Saarbruecken and Essen. A visit at the Cologne Dom, one of the most impressive Gothic Cathedrals which brings each year millions of tourist to Koeln, also a journey into the german Carnival which all of them enjoyed a lot.
In the night of the 21st. at the well know Casino Hohensyburg, the 2 hour Show started with the opening in Designer Evening Dresses, followed by the Swimwear Competition to select the Top 15.
At the end the Top 5 have been selected by a panel of judges with Star Visagist Omega Bullok (who´s done Make up for Stars like Nicky Hilton, Roberta Flack or Mariah Carey), Modelagency Owner Marie Luise Cawi (Cawi Models Munich) and Susanne Philips (Allstar Models Cologne).
Also famous Ex "Tic Tac Toe" Singer Ricky Wältken and Society Lady Gisela Muth (having her own cosmetic line) have been judging.
The new sash for the 2009 winner was given by last years winner Debora Lyra from Brazil. Over 11 TV Stations have been attending the 2009 finale and for first time we had as well TV Stations from Brazil, Kosovo, Macedonia and Malta attending.
The Top Model of the World will continue with the 18th anniversary in 2010.

Deborah has been in Poland for a Fashion Week and was on the Runway for several famours Designers of Poland.

What a decision to make for the judges when Brazil and USA Yolimar Sanchez from Miami have been equal with same number of points 520, in the Estrel Ballroom in Berlin!
So all judges have been asked to vote again and this time with handsign and so the pretty and smiling 19 year old Debora Moura Lyra from the state Espirito Santo (Bazil) got the title and 10,000 USD cash award followed by just 2 points behind, 23 year old stunning Model Yolimar Sanchez from Miami.
400 points and 2nd runner up went to Bulgaria, Diana Ivancheva, followed by Hispaniola (Dom. Rep), the exotic Rosa Abreu from Sto Domingo and Poland, Marta Marziscak.
42 contestants have participated in Germany for the late 2008 final of Top Model of the World. During their stay they have visited the historical city of Dresden, the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin and enjoyed a stroll at the famous KU-DAMM, the number one shopping street in the World.

After an extensive Shooting in Istanbul, our Top Model of the World is no in the new FHM Magazin of Turkey and further Shootings are planed during the year.
WBO Europe is the new and exclusive agency for Monica Palacio, finalist of the 2006 Top Model of the World pageant and runner up of the Miss Colombia pageant.
The 23 year old colombian Model from Bogota will travel in January 2009 to Germany to be managed by WBO Europe. Her first appearance will be at the well known "Chocolate Party" held by the world wide company Lambertz (www.lambertz.com).
Monica will spent some time is Germany and explore the german and european market. She also will attend the annually Opera Ball in Budapest (Hungary) and the german Carnival in February.
Reigning Winner TOP MODEL OF THE WORLD has been with Miss Intercontinental 2000 at the Hilton Beverly Hills for the 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards held Sunday 11th January with many celebrities from all over the World.
Top Model of the World 2007,Alessandra Alores, 2007 winner of Top Model of the World was invited guest at the Vanity Fair Bash in Cannes and the traditional Amfar Party where celebs like Sharon Stone, Madonna or Lindsay Lohan
were attending. Just a day later she flew to Vienna for a charity fashion gala and invited on the catwalk.
After beeing 3 month in Miami working for some of the major agencies with international Top Photographers, the 2007 winner of Top Model of the World Alessandra Alores travelled back to Europe (Turkey) for a shooting of the new cover of the May edition from the magazin "formsante". Then she flew to germany for a documentary with the TV Channel SAT1 to be shown shortly on the german TV Screens. Recently she is in Greece for another shooting and will return to germany in 2 weeks.

Our Top Model of the World Winner 2007 was hired for the new JOY Magazine campagne:
On January 8th over 40 countries arrived in Egypt. With visits at the Pyramids and the egyptian Museum as well with a boat cruise on the Nile Cairo will be in the memorys of our contestants.
A wonderful reception took place with arrival in Hurghada. Since then our delegates enjoyed the "chill out" Island Mahmya, have been guests at the Dream Beach and Health Care Center Elysee and went for the Safari in 4x4 Jeeps to explore the desert and a village of the Beduines.
Orascom TV will telecast the event on January 18th from the Steigenberger Al Dau Beach Hotel, Red Sea.
Over 80 press agencies and journalist will arrive January 17th to report about the first international Modelling Pageant ever held in Egypt.

Live from the Land of Eternity Egypt the WBO will stage the 15th anniversary of Top Model of the World in January 2008.
Supported by the Ministry of Tourism in Cairo, the 5 Star Deluxe Steigenberger AL DAU Beach Hotel, Red Sea will be the host on January 18th and with a total of 50 delegates from all over the World to arrive in early January 2008. Reigning Top Model of the World Michelle de Leon will travel early January to Germany and then continue her trip to Cairo to welcome our international delegates

Michelle de Leon stars at Fashion Forward International in Thessaloniki (Greece). During the Fashion Forward International held at Helexpo Exibition Center in Thessaloniki, the 2006 Top Model of the World is performing at the Unesco Gala for Women and Peace in Balkan Countries and will work for the famous Designer Isabell Kristensen to represent her new collection. The Fashion Forward International will show the enewest collections from Designers all over the world f.e. JLO, Cavalli, Valentino.

In a 3 hour show in the capital of Yunnan Province, Kunming in China the Brazilian Beauty was choosen among 53 contestants in the Kunming Village Resort Stadion on Wednesday 14th of February. 20.000 USD in cash and prices (10,000 + 10,000) have been forwarded to her. It was not Natalías first entrance in the international world of beauty and modelling pageants. She was representing in October already Brazil in Nassau, the Bahamas during the 35th Miss Intercontinental pageant. This time she could convince the chinese and international judges with her presence and appearance on stage.
First runner up in Kunming is with just a few points difference the 23 year old Michelle de Leon from the Philippines and on 2nd runner up the international panel of judges placed the blond stunning and tall Beauty from Kazachstan Tatyana Dmitrivenko.
Almost 3 weeks our 53 contestants have been on tour in China with the visit of Xi Shuang Banna in where all delegates received the honored citizenship of Xi Shuang Banna and Beijing as well as Kunming. From the Great Wall in Beijing to the wonderful Animal and Wild Parcs in Xi Shuang Banna were tourists find usually tropical clima.
After the impressive opening in colorful National Costumes our delegates showed street wear as well as swimwear and the elegant evening gowns.
