The MIO – Miss Intercontinental Organization SA with its Head Office in Panama, Central America took over since January this year the rights of the brand Miss Intercontinental who was over 15 years producing the annual Miss Intercontinental Pageant. The MIO is working with offices in Germany and Spain and is producing this year the 45th MISS INTERCONTINENTAL Pageant. President Manoj Chatlani is a successful lawyer in Panama and is currently new structuring the MIO.
It is staffed by directors and specialists in the fields of beauty and modelling as well TV production, to licensing and travel. MIO is working with representatives worldwide and is able to reach every state in the World.
The MISS INTERCONTINENTAL ™ Pageant is usually held in the last quarter of the year and has been staged already on various continents and countries e.g. Nigeria, Belarus, Spain, China, Germany, Bahamas and in October 16 in Colombo Sri Lanka.
Approximately 70 countries vie in their countries for the national title to compete in the MISS INTERCONTINENTAL ™ Pageant each year.The total amount of the cash awards in the Finale is 45.000 USD. The winner will receive 15.000 USD plus a one year professional management-contract with a guaranteed payment of 15.000 USD. please contact

The MISS INTERCONTINENTAL ™ Pageant is usually held in September/October.
Approximately 76 countries vie for the national title to compete in the MISS INTERCONTINENTAL ™ Pageant each year. 

 The Contestants

MISS INTERCONTINENTAL ™ Delegates should be at least 18 years old and under 27 (in the year they participate in the telecast). 

The way to the crown is not easy. The Delegates for the national Pageants, participate in local and/or state pageants first – which are produced by local and state pageant directors – as the preliminary step. The winner of the city pageants competes in the state pageant for her home city. The state winners become delegates for the national pageant. MISS INTERCONTINENTAL Pageant delegates must win their respective national pageants in their countries to compete in the event.
